Hypnotherapy

Helping you with your issue. Hypnotherapy is a safe state for your nervous system to be in. In this state you can access your subconscious mind, which is responsible for 95% of our thoughts and actions. The subconscious is where our fundamental core beliefs sit. We cannot access these beliefs in a conscious state. If these core beliefs are not serving you well daily, we can see them in an unconscious safe state. During hypnosis we can understand them and rationalise with them, freeing you to be the best version of you reaching and fulfilling your full potential.

Counselling

At Interconnect we support our Hypnotherapy with counselling, specifically pluralistic counselling. We do this so your specific issue or difficulty has the optimum chance of resolution. Each client experiences a tailor made framework for therapy, this non generic approach is both collaborative and effective.

Creativity

A client need not have any art based skills. Using creativity is a form of expression. At Interconnect we are all about connections; between therapists and client, as well discovering the connections in patterns of behaviour. We use Artistry within session and encourage the use of creative techniques to promote healing, self expression and personal development. We use creativity to emphasise discovery and self-reflection. Sometimes, depending on the nature of a client issue, words are difficult to find. Using creativity to express thoughts, emotions and experiences is a great way to communicate.

Through the interpretation of art, both client and therapist can gain unique perspectives and extract any underlying source issues.

With creativity included in session, there is a visual representation of progress, it gives enhanced insight and understanding and it really improves communication.
